Under Exchange Crypto, choose Litecoin to Monero.
Follow the steps, you now have Monero.
It is counterintuitive to have to sign up for a KYC exchange to buy a shitcoin to exchange for Monero, but after you exchange to Monero the bloackchain analysis goes cold. All they can see is that you exchanged the Litecoin for a different coin. They don't know what coin because it's impossible to know.

If you just want to lurk the sketchy side of the internet use Tor. If you want to directly interact with/contribute to the internet use Mullvad VPN and connect through Sweden. Use Firefox or better yet LibreFox, find an updated list on Reddit of all of the essential privacy related privacy plugins for the browser. You will also want a MAC Address Spoofer and a Hardware Spoofer.
If you want to do truly illegal shit (not just drugs) you will need to learn how to tunnel through Tor through to a SOCKS5.
I'm not writing a dissertation teaching you how to commit fraud. You now have a starting point, do the research and put in the work like the rest of us had to.
